In personal injury cases, Chris has successfully represented clients in numerous million-dollar recoveries including a $2,000,000 medical malpractice settlement; a $1,180,000 recovery in a trucking accident, and a $1,100,000 recovery involving a fall on a construction site. Before joining Miller, Turetsky, Rule & McLennan, P.C., Chris was an integral member of a small team of lawyers that recovered over $50,000,000 for clients over the course of a decade.
He has experience handling personal injury lawsuits involving construction site accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, and trucking accidents.
Chris has also successfully represented clients in insurance disputes, including a multi-million-dollar settlement for a commercial developer in a dispute over title insurance coverage.
In commercial litigation, Chris represents individuals and small businesses. He has successfully litigated cases involving partnership disputes, wage payment claims, and breach of contract. Representative cases include a $900,000 settlement for the plaintiff in a breach of contract matter.
Chris is a graduate of King’s College and he completed his legal education at Villanova University School of Law, where he earned accolades for his advocacy skills, including membership on the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Board.
