Brittany L. Stepp
Brittany L. Stepp focuses her practice on employment and labor law, business lifecycles, commercial enterprises, real estate, and trusts and estates. Drawing on her experience operating her own labor and employment law firm, Brittany brings both a legal and practical business perspective to her representation of individuals and businesses.
Brittany has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2022 through 2026. She is actively involved in the legal and professional community and has held leadership positions with the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, the Philadelphia Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association, and the Justinian Society of Philadelphia. She has been a guest lecturer on labor law at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
