Jill Anderson

Ms. Anderson graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University in 1976 with a degree in Foreign Service. Attending a Georgetown sponsored summer program at the University of Lenningrad in the former Soviet Union created a greater appreciation for the law of the United States and led to her attending the Dickinson School of Law. After graduating cum laude in 1979, Ms. Anderson clerked for Judge Robert Tredinnick of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County from 1979 through 1980. She was then employed as an associate with Gerber, Gerber and Shields in Norristown PA. She stopped working after three years to raise her three children (one of whom has special needs) and returned to the practice of law with Miller, Turetsky, Rule & McLennan in 1999 as a paralegal. Ms. Anderson is married to John A. Rule, Esquire and works closely with him in the fields of Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Non-Profit and Business Law.

Ms. Anderson is actively involved with Lower Providence Presbyterian Church where she served three terms as a Deacon. She is a former Circle leader and has been a Bell Choir and Circle member for over 20 years. She has also spoken to various church groups on the topic of estate planning.
